30 Minutes for 30 Days!

The Challenge: Walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days. Let's start January 1st!

Are you up for it?

For now (unless you can think of something better), I will post each day starting Jan. 1 and then whoever is participating can leave a comment. If you have a better idea for how to track this, then let me know!

  1. I am up for it, Jae! I am participating in a weight loss study through the university from 1/11-2/12 and will be exercising using their fitness program 6 days/wk, 1 hr/day. I'm excited about sharing support for each other through your blog.
